
Our build-your-own taco experience is filled with bold flavors and authentic Mexican tradition. Guests can mix and match from a mouthwatering selection of proteins like tender grilled chicken, carne asada, savory cochinita pibil, or our vegan charred cauliflower —served on warm, soft corn tortillas.
Top each taco with black beans, Mexican rice, fresh-cut cilantro and onions, salsa verde, salsa roja, guacamole, and a squeeze of lime for that perfect finishing touch.
Nacho Station:
Crispy house chips, creamy queso blanco, salsa cruda, and fresh guacamole.

50 guests, including two team members, for up to two hours to warm tortillas, serve, and replenish food. Additional time or staffing will be invoiced as needed.
